An enjoyable and memorable holiday in one of our cosy, stylish and luxurious 5* self-catering cottages in North Yorkshire, awaits you. We have renovated three self-catering holiday cottages situated in the grounds of our Georgian house close to Pickering, on the edge of the North York Moors. Each holiday cottage is set in its own secluded garden, providing you with privacy to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Whilst preparing Applestore Cottage,The Barn and The Coach House for your chosen holiday we pay great attention to detail from the delicious homemade cream tea on your arrival to luxurious bed linen for your comfort. You’ll find a ‘wow’ factor in each of our cottages from the stunning bathroom on stilts in Applestore Cottage, to an original stable feature in The Coach House and the 'Grand Designs' feel of The Barn, with its surprising internal contemporary space and its two quite different gardens!
We enjoy providing a level of luxury and comfort to give you a superb 5* holiday experience, to escape and relax. All our cottages incorporate fantastic modern facilities, free Wi-Fi, luxurious fabrics and décor, all of which gives you a dream holiday home to explore Ryedale, the splendour of the North York Moors and Coast, the gentle rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and hidden vales in the Yorkshire Dales.
Our home and cottages are set back in 3 acres on the Helmsley to Scarborough Road (A170) providing guests an ideal location for exploring hidden gems like Rosedale, the delightful streets and sights of Whitby, or the historical smugglers' village of Robin Hoods Bay. With many other attractions to explore, which are listed in the local guide page.
Winning the 2009 Enjoy England Award for Excellence for the Best Self Catering Cottages gave us great pleasure whilst providing our guests with the necessary reassurance that we go that extra mile to supply you an excellent service from the initial enquiry until you reluctantly head for home at the end of your stay.
