We would like to keep the cottages and the furnishings to a high standard for the enjoyment of all our guests. This means that we cannot have pets or smoking. Toddlers and waxed wood may not mix well so please talk it over with Noelle when considering your holiday.


We require a deposit of 25% or a minimum of £100 when booking, with the remaining balance to be paid a month prior to arrival.
